Witch World
This is a hardcover edition published by Gregg Press in March 1977, primarily for the library market. My copy is indeed an ex-library book, although with minimal damage to it. Jacket cover art is by Jack Gaughan. The book also has endpaper maps of High Hallack/Arvon and Alizon/Estcarp/Karsten in front and Escore in back, both by Barbi Johnson. There is also art on the title pages by Alice Phalen.
