A note on Japanese editions. The books are "backwards" to most of those in the Western world, i.e. our "back" cover is actually the front cover for Japanese books. They are read from "back" to "front". In addition, these books, while paperbacks, have a dust jacket and also originally came with a band that folded around the bottom of the dust jacket.
