The Beige G3 was introduced in November 1997 and was discontinued in January 1999. The original price was $2999. Ours had an Apple iX 3D 1.0f2 Graphic Accelerator dual video card and an ATTO Express PCI UltraSCSI card. It was given to us in December 2000 by a relative who no longer needed it. I purchased an Apple Studio Display 17” in Graphite from Eubulus Computers for $349. I loved the expandability of it and hated to see it go. Sadly, we couldn’t keep all of our computers around.
